The wolf moon is the full moon of the month of January. It is the first full moon since the winter solstice, which represents a yearly rebirth into light, helping tap into personal awareness and transformation. 
 
Following the solstice, the Wolf Moon represents a new beginning and conquering light over darkness. This is the time to embrace the abundances of life, meditate on what no longer is serving you, and shift your transformation into the light.
